Brazil, one of the best coffee producer in the world, produces light and soft-tasting coffee beans. Although the coffees are exported from Brazil is mostly of commercial based, Brazil proved that they can produce qualified coffee with the increase in the demand for qualified coffee in the sector in the recent years.

The Yellow Bourbon variety stands out with its distinctiveness, flavor and delicate acidity that we are not accustomed to in Brazilian beans. In the Cup of Excellence in 2017, the Brazilian Yellow Bourbon core scored 92.33, selling for $126 per pound.

Costa Rica, one of the coffee producing countries of Central America, produces only arabica beans.  Caturra and Catuai varieties are widely grown.  Costa Rican coffees are produced at high altitudes stand out with their acidity and complexity.  Most part of Costa Rica coffee is produced by small-scale farmers.  In Costa Rica, investment has been made in coffee processing equipment in terms of coffee traceability and quality.  In this way, the small producer can process his own coffee using the equipment in his region.  Tarrazu is Costa Rica's most famous and preferred coffee region.  In this region, coffee can be grown at an altitude of 1200-1900 meters.  Our La Pastora Tarrazu beans have an intense body with sweet flavors, resulting in a cup of coffee that is appreciated by everyone.

Indonesia Mandheling Sumatra Grade 1 Special Selection Private Coffee

Our Indonesian Sumatran beans are processed with a special process called Wet-Hulled or Giling Basah, unique to Indonesia. Due to the high relative humidity of the air, the coffee beans that are dried up to 35% humidity in the parchment layer are separated from the parchment layer (hulling, wet-hulled) at this high humidity, unlike the traditional washed process. The raw bean is still at high humidity and the green bean is laid out and dried until it reaches 12% moisture.

This seed, grown in the mountainous areas and carefully classified, fascinates those who drink it with its sweet red fruit flavor, while guaranteeing a pleasant drink with its permanence on the palate and its full body. Sweetness, body and balance are in the foreground.

Guatemala La Delicia Special Selection Private Coffee

Coffee is grown in various regions of Guatemala, which has many microclimates.  Most of the production is done by smallholder producers.  Varieties of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, Catuai are widely grown.  In general, cocoa and citrus fruits, the intensity of roasted aromas is felt.  Coffees grown at an altitude of 1300 meters and above receive the SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) label and mean beans with high density, complex, aroma and high acidity potential.

La Delicia SHB grows at an altitude of 1500 meters. It gives hints of a delicious cup of coffee with its homogeneous and clean green bean appearance.
